By becoming a member of HomeGrownHits.com, you state that you are the copyright holder of all music you post or are acting on behalf of the copyright holder; if not, the material you post is either in the public domain or is without copyright.
If you post music, you consent to the music being played by others from the site. You allow your songs to be linked to facebook.com ("liked") by visitors to the site. In addition, you consent to your songs being played in public demonstrations of the site, and on HomeGrownHits.com podcasts.
You certify that your uploaded music is "homegrown", meaning that it is produced in a music studio located on the premises of someone's home.
You may distribute your own music outside of HomeGrownHits.com in any way you please.
You may not capture streaming audio from this website without permission of its author. You will not distribute the music of another member without the consent of its author. This includes sampling short segments of music for the creation of new works.
You may only have one member account to HomeGrownHits.com. You may not create multiple accounts for any reason without the express written permission of HomeGrownHits.com.
Any breach of this contract is grounds for immediate removal of your account from HomeGrownHits.com, as well as any songs you might have uploaded, and if necessary, criminal prosecution.
